Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located for both Disney parks and the village. The rooms are basic with limited Disney theming but come at a premium price during peak times. The service provided by the Cast Members is exceptional and really adds to the Disney experience.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly. The location is great, just minutes away from Disney Village and the theme parks. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at Hunters Grill. However, the evening atmosphere in the hotel could get busy, and the price of some items was a bit steep.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The room, though old, had a lovely surprise with roses and chocolate coins to celebrate my parents' anniversary. However, the room itself felt outdated and the air conditioning was ineffective. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being helpful and friendly while others passed the buck. The location was convenient for the main park, but could get busy in the evenings. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with a variety of options, though I personally didn't enjoy the sausages.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were at all times at the end of a corridor on the top floor, which was inconvenient, and they had a persistent urine smell. On the other hand, some standard rooms offered perks like breakfast, snacks, and drinks at certain times, which was a nice touch.
The hotel is like an American lodge with a Bambi theme in the bedroom. The rooms are basic but clean, and the staff is very professional and courteous throughout. The location is good and great for the Disney parks, despite some issues like mosquitos and the closure of another onsite hotel. Dining options are varied, but there was a concern about the hotel's security measures. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks.
I stayed at the Sequoia Lodge with my family of 4 in a standard rate room. The room was nice and clean, not fancy but comfortable. However, the connectivity to other family rooms caused significant noise issues, making it challenging to have private conversations without hearing others.
